Mastering ArchiMate PDF 3.2 Upgrade policy

ArchiMate 3.2 has been released. This is a pretty minor update, it seems (a smaller change than 3.0.1 to 3.1 it seems). I still have to analyse the amount of changes needed for the book but as always the policy for updates of the PDF version is as follows:

• If (and only if) an update of Mastering ArchiMate to ArchiMate 3.2 will be released:
  • every sale of the 3.1 version of Mastering ArchiMate PDF on or after 20 October will receive a free upgrade;
  • every sale of the 3.1 version of Mastering ArchiMate PDF before 20 October will receive a discounted upgrade. This includes formerly discounted upgrade sales. The amount of the discount depends on the amount of rework needed.

Just to be clear: it is not possible to have such an upgrade policy/path for the hardcover version for several reasons, the key reason being: I do not sell the hardcover, (online) bookstores do.

Creating a new version of the book can take quite a bit of time, mostly because (a) it is more work than people imagine and (b) I have little time to spend on it as I have a real job that comes first.
