Just a small note. Today, I approved the proof of the Mastering ArchiMate III book from Ingram. This means that as of now the book is in production and can be ordered. In the coming weeks it will appear for sale at several online outlets, such as Amazon and Book Depository. Volume sales are available as of now as well.

Are the pdf and the book from now on separate purchases?
Remark: I won’t open a paypal account, but I don’t see a way around that when ordering the pdf.

The hardcover and the PDF have always been separate purchases.
You do not need a Paypal account to buy the book. A credit card will do.
